TexAVN LLC is a Texas limited liability company owned by managing member Troy Olsen. We provide audio-visual installation, church broadcast and YoloBox training, conferencing support, assistive listening, and related AV service work.
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about or contacting TexAVN LLC. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms our systems, or submit false or harmful content through forms or messages.
Website content is for general information. Service descriptions, pricing ideas, and examples are not a binding quote unless we confirm them in writing for a specific job.
Actual installation, training, and support work are governed by separate agreements, work orders, or written confirmations between you and TexAVN LLC. Those documents control scope, price, schedule, and warranties for a given project. Nothing on this website creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
TexAVN LLC may send text (SMS) messages to mobile numbers that have opted in to receive them. Messages may include:
Message frequency varies based on your active jobs and requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
To stop texts, reply STOP. You will receive a confirmation, and we will stop further SMS from that program. To get help, reply HELP or use the contact form.
How consent is obtained: You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts from TexAVN LLC—for example, by checking an opt-in box on a form, requesting texts by email or phone, or confirming consent in a conversation. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a number alone without clear opt-in does not authorize marketing texts.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our total liability related to website use is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for website-related services in the prior 12 months, or (b) $100. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TexAVN LLC and Troy Olsen from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, unless a separate service agreement says otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
